5 benefits of apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar was something I came across when searching for natural acne regimens. There was a girl (bless her heart!), who raved about the results she received from drinking Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Well, she was right! I can honestly say it definitely helped clear up my skin.
But ACV has tons of more benefits than keeping your face from looking like a greasy pizza. But before you read anything more, please keep in mind that it is IMPERATIVE that you ALWAYS dilute your ACV with water! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT drink it straight. If you care at all about your esophagus or your pearly whites you will always dilute your ACV with water.
What brand to buy? I stick with Bragg's organic ACV - the unfiltered raw stuff. I usually do about 2 tablespoons to a full bottle of water. Initially, this made me pee A LOT. But that's a good thing (removing toxins always is)!
I'll do this a few times a week but if I'm feeling sick in any way, I'll have a few bottles a day. And majority of the time, it seems I'm able to recover from whatever bug was trying to come on and ruin my life. I'm not saying this is a miracle cure all potion, but the benefits appear to be quite substantial for me.
