Yes, chips and dip is a healthy snack
So you've given your life over in the name of having a beach body and one of the precious sacrifices you made was giving up your Cool Ranch Doritos and Fritos French Onion Dip - (oh how my greedy soul sings). Well, while you've done well to trash those items even in the midst of bad breakups and menstrual related psychotic hormones, you're not doing yourself any favors by letting the idea of chips and dip go completely.
There is an alternative, and it doesn't taste like cardboard and sandpaper dust.
**Guacamole and blue corn tortilla chips.**
Avocado is a healthy fat with tons of protein and fiber. And although it's a fat, there's no cholesterol or sodium. Score. And blue corn tortilla chips are much lower in starch than traditional chips and have more protein. I'm not saying to replace your morning smoothie and dinner veggies with blue corn tortilla chips. It's still a chip and has been fried in some manner, but treating yourself to this snack every once in a while won't threaten even the harshest of diets. It's a much better choice and actually has some nutritional benefits.

1. 1 ripe avocado
2. Diced tomato
3. Salt, pepper and garlic for seasoning
4. Squeeze of lime and lemon
5. Blue organic tortilla chips. ** slice avocado in half. Scoop out the inside and smash with a tiny utensil (I use a fruit pit remover), sprinkle with seasoning and dip for ya life!
