Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie

Pomegranate is not only gorgeous but beneficial for your health. It has greater antioxidant capacity than red wine, grape juice, cranberry juice and green tea! And let's just cut to the chase, it's freakin delicious! The blueberry in this recipe adds the perfect balance to help mellow out the sweet and tart components of the pom. Enjoy foodie friends!

You'll need:

- 1 1/2 cup crushed ice

- 2 cups fresh blueberries

- 1 1/2 cup organic pomegranate juice

- 2 bananas

- 1 cup nonfat Greek Yogurt

1. Add crushed ice to your blender

2. Slice your ripe bananas and add to blender on top of ice

3. Add blueberries

4. Add yogurt

5. Pour in your pom juice.

6. Blend for 60 to 90 seconds

7. Enjoy!
