Comfy Nike Shoes

I do NOT like running. It's been an activity I've despised ever since my first mandatory mile run back in the 6th grade in which reaching the end brought me to a place of near death. I thought surely I would regurgitate my heart and a couple of lungs.

But although running isn't my favorite pastime, it still stands as one of the most effective cardio exercises. And what makes the running bearable are COMFORTABLE shoes. Of course they still have to be cute, but if my toes are forcefully sliding into the front of the shoes or there's no arch support I'm going to hate running even more than I already do. And trust me, I've had plenty of pairs that have made my two-mile jog absolutely torturous.

But there's a few pair which have yet to fail me, especially for the short distance I do. (1 to 2 miles a few days a week) and these in particular have been the best!

Nike Women's Training Free 1.0 Cross Bionic Shoes

I cannot refer these enough when people ask what shoes they should buy for working out. Now please note: I do NOT run long distance or wear these for outdoor running. I strictly use these for light running on the treadmill, but when I do it feels like I'm running on clouds. They fit like a glove (no annoying toe jamming or sliding with each stride), and are very lightweight (no heavy shoe to lift with each stride).

Also, these shoes were intended for high impact cross training, so any weight lifting, jumping, plyo exercises, etc. you do will be less painful with these.

Plus, they look dope and give off the effect that I'm super serious and am not to be messed with. The color is cool too. I bought mine last summer from the Nike Outlet (They were on sale for like $35) and am just now getting around to breaking them in. But you can still find them at the following places:
