Turkey Meatball Recipe
Transparent moment: I'm not a meatball fan. When people talk about social event menus like baby showers, birthday parties, Super Bowl parties and other gatherings and the phrase "Lets get meatballs" is uttered, I cringe on the inside and immediately lose interest in attending.
But, my mom prepared some turkey meatballs with salad for dinner one night, and it changed my anti-meatball world.
I'm assuming the less-greasy and cleaner tasting turkey meat gives it a whole new spin- one that I can appreciate. And knowing that I'm less likely to clog my arteries makes the experience all the more pleasurable.
