Buffalo Chicken Strip Salad

Who doesn't love amazing buffalo flavor? You can enjoy it with this simple salad recipe without so much of the guilt!

You'll need..

- romaine lettuce

- chicken breast

- Frank's Buffalo Sauce

- reduced fat blue cheese crumbles

- salt and pepper

Instructions

Warm skillet to medium heat. Slice 1 large chicken breast in half (sideways). Lightly season with salt and pepper. Coat skillet with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add chicken and let cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Add Frank’s Red Hot buffalo sauce just before removing from heat. Remove from heat and slice chicken into strips. Add to salad. Top with low fat blue cheese crumbles ( I used Stella’s Reduced Fat blue cheese crumbles) and enjoy!
